The famous adult film star was scheduled to appear at the Hollywood Palms Theater in Naperville back in March, but called in sick, only to be filmed in good health elsewhere.

The Hollywood Palms Theater in suburban Naperville, Illinois, and its sister theater the Hollywood Boulevard in Woodridge, Illinois, are two premium movie theaters that serve food and host special events. The theaters often have special weekends dedicated to one star or another and invite stars from certain movies to sign autographs and introduce their key films. Jameson was scheduled to make such an appearance back in March.

However, according to Chicago media reports, the popular adult film star called in sick and said she would be unable to make the appearance. Hundreds of tickets had already been purchased by fans of the star and the theater issued refunds. They told he public that Jameson was ill and unable to make the appearance.

Then, Jameson was spotted that same weekend attending the Perez Hilton Blue Ball birthday celebration in Hollywood. Not only did the paparazzi film the star leaving the birthday celebration, so did fans who had lined up outside to catch celebrities coming and going from the party. Soon, film footage of the adult film star leaving the party with friends was seen on celebrity television shows and on YouTube.

Now, the Hollywood Palms and the Hollywood Boulevard have filed suit against Jenna Jameson. The suit seeks to get reimbursement for the hundreds of tickets that had been sold and had to be refunded. They also seek money to compensate them for money spent on preparing and promoting the event. They also want compensation from lost revenue when she didn’t show up.

There has been no statement released from the Jenna Jameson camp at this point. However, a hearing on this lawsuit has been scheduled for August.
