Franklin Meadows also located on Tiny Town Rd. had 3 sales with an average sales price of $232,300. These were homes with 4 and 5 bedrooms.

Hidden Meadows is located off the Purple Heart Parkway and is close to Ft. Campbell's back gate. There were 3 sales in this subdivision with an average sales price of $165,900. These sold at 99.6% of list to sale price.
