Another day, another nice eBay electronics deal, as the site has the 16GB 2013 edition of the Nexus 7 on sale for the same amount as last year's model was priced at.

Cowboom -- which despite its strange name, is a Best Buy company -- is having a one-day only iPad (various models) sale as its Deal of the Day, with models rotating throughout the day.

The Nexus 7 is already a top seller, in either 2012 or 2013 form, because its price is compelling, and thanks to an eBay deal, it's even more compelling: the 2013 version is being sold for $199, or about 15 percent off.
