Working out, some love it, some not so much, but whatever your stance on it, everyone needs consistent activity to be healthy. The CDC recommends that adults get at least two and a half hours, a mere 150 minutes, of moderate-intensity aerobic activity, like brisk walking, every week and to that, weight training or muscle-strengthening activities on 2 or more days a week that includes exercises for all major muscle groups.
